Shipping & Delivery

This is a physical BY TONIN Bespoke Gift Voucher. Your voucher will be carefully prepared and sent by mail to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Bespoke Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher value is a contribution towards a BY TONIN Bespoke jewellery commission and may not reflect the final price of the piece. The final price will depend on the design, materials, gemstones, and other details selected during the bespoke process.

If the final price exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance can be paid separately.

Vouchers may be gifted to another person and are redeemable towards a bespoke jewellery commission.

As each bespoke piece is designed and created specifically for the recipient, bespoke jewellery commissions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has commenced.
