Club Tonin Loyalty Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Eligibility

• Club Tonin is a customer rewards programme (“Programme”) managed and conducted by BY TONIN Limited (“BY TONIN”, “we”, “our”) for the benefit of its customers (“Customer”, “you”).
• To earn points and participate in the Programme, you must join the Programme. Joining occurs automatically when you create an account and provide your details on our website.
• By joining Club Tonin, you agree to these Loyalty Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Our standard Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal information is used and how you can opt out.
• Membership is open to individuals for personal use only. Commercial or resale accounts are not eligible.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian approval to join, and your parent or guardian must read and consent to these Terms.
• It is completely free to join, and there are no fees to maintain your Club Tonin account.
• Only one account is permitted per person. Accounts cannot be transferred, combined, or shared, and remain linked specifically to the email address used at registration.
• You may cancel your Club Tonin account at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your accumulated points will be permanently cleared.

2. Earning Points

Points accumulate based on the retail value of the items purchased according to the following rules:

• Purchase a Piece: Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent.
• Purchase a Set: Earn 1 Point for every $1 spent, plus an additional 25 points.
• Newsletter Sign Up: Earn 50 Points.
• Write a Review: Earn 20 Points, plus an additional 10 points when you include a photo.
• Refer a Friend: Earn 50 Points (and your friend receives a $25 credit on their first order).
• Birthday Reward: Earn 100 Points.
• Shipping fees, or portions paid with store credit do not earn new points.
• Points from online and in-store purchases are approved automatically once payment processes, but will show as pending for 7 days to account for our return policy.
• Points from signing up for our newsletter are approved instantly.
• Product reviews are verified manually, with reviews limited to one allocation per week.
• Birthday rewards are added on your birthday. If you sign up within 30 days of your birthday, your points will appear 30 days after registration.
• Referral points are credited to your account once your friend completes their first purchase.
• If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, any points earned from that specific action will be removed from your balance.
• Points cannot be earned on discounted items, sale pieces, gift card purchases, or orders where a promotional discount code has been applied, or if that order uses or redeems store credit.

3. Redeeming Rewards

• Points can be turned into store credit once you have completed at least one initial purchase and have a minimum balance of 200 points.
• Store credit rewards can be redeemed on future orders with a minimum spend of $150 NZD.
• Only one reward code can be applied per order. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sales, discounts, or special offers.
• Points, store credits, and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, nor can they be used to purchase gift cards.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If you return an item for a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
• Points cannot be adjusted for partial, manual-amount refunds where items are not formally processed as a return through the system.
• If your online order is fully refunded—including shipping fees—any points you redeemed to purchase that item will be credited back to your account. This does not apply to in-store POS purchases, as those transactions process directly through Shopify.

5. Referrals

• To receive your referral points and for your friend to receive their $25 NZD credit, the purchase must be completed using your unique referral link.
• We cannot manually add referral points or apply the credit if the transaction has already processed without the link.

6. Programme Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or update these terms, point values, or redemption rules at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel accumulated points or terminate the Programme entirely if it is deemed unsustainable for the business.
• Any misuse of the programme, including creating multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, or generating fraudulent referrals, will result in immediate termination of the account and the forfeiture of all accumulated points.
