Club Tonin is a considered rewards experience created for our community. Membership is free and allows you to earn points through everyday interactions with us, which can be turned into rewards to use toward future pieces.

Points are what you earn through everyday interactions, such as making a purchase, leaving a review, or following us on social media. Rewards are the dollar value (NZD) your points convert into, which can be applied as a discount toward your next purchase.

No, Club Tonin Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Points are unique to each member and can only be redeemed by the account holder who earned them.

You earn points automatically when you purchase a piece. You can also earn points by signing up for our newsletter, following us on Instagram, leaving a product review, or celebrating a birthday. You can view all eligible earning actions available in your region by opening your profile widget.

Points from a purchase are approved automatically once payment processes.

For customers in New Zealand, additional points appear in your balance based on the following timelines:

• Newsletter Sign-ups: Approved instantly.
• Product Reviews: Approved instantly. Points for reviews are limited to one allocation per week.
• Birthday Rewards: Added on your birthday. If you sign up within 30 days of your birthday, these points will appear 30 days after registration.
• Referrals: Credited to your account once your friend completes their first purchase.

Points are calculated based on the retail value of the items purchased. Taxes, shipping fees, or portions paid with store credit do not accumulate new points.

You earn points on the value of the items purchased when redeeming a gift card. However, buying a gift card itself does not accumulate points.

If you choose to unsubscribe, any points earned from that action will be removed from your balance.

You can begin turning your points into store credit once you have completed at least one initial purchase and have accumulated a minimum balance of 200 points.

Points can be redeemed once you have completed at least one initial purchase, with a minimum spend of $150 NZD.

Rewards operate independently and cannot be combined with other promotional codes.

Please note that points cannot be earned or used on discounted items, sale pieces, or any orders where a discount code has been applied.

If you return an item for a refund, the points earned from that specific purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance. Please note that points cannot be adjusted for partial, manual-amount refunds where items are not formally returned through the system.

If your order is fully refunded, any points you redeemed to purchase that item will be automatically credited back to your account.

Yes. You can access your unique referral link through your account profile widget.

You can access your unique referral link through the profile widget on your screen. When a friend uses this link to make their first purchase, they will receive a $25 NZD credit, and you will receive 50 points once they place an order

To receive your referral points and for your friend to receive their $25 NZD credit, the purchase must be completed using your unique link.
